Yes. You pay $14.99 once and keep all Pro features forever, including future updates. No subscription, no annual renewal, no expiration.
How many devices can I use Pro on?
Up to 3 devices simultaneously. You can deactivate a device in Settings > License to free up a slot.
What AI providers does the Pro tier support?
Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Ollama (fully offline, free), and OpenRouter. You bring your own API key — Naqi never stores it outside your macOS Keychain.
How does the refund work?
Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Use the link in your Paddle confirmation email or email hello@getnaqi.com with your order number.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles global tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax). Naqi never sees your payment details.
