Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Naqi Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. No forms to fill out.
This applies to all purchases regardless of how much of the app you have used.
How to Request a Refund
Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest): Use the refund link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email. Paddle processes refunds immediately.
Option 2 — Email us: Send your order number to hello@getnaqi.com and we will process it within 1 business day.
What Happens After a Refund
Your license key will be revoked. Pro features will stop working on your next license validation check (within 7 days). Your local data in ~/.naqi/ is not affected — it stays on your machine.
You can continue using Naqi's Free tier after a refund.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–7 business days).
